How far do you deliver?


Delivery available across the UK - Excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands.

If you are unsure, contact us via email and we can confirm whether delivery is possible to your area.
We can also arrange for Parcelforce to deliver to multiple individual addresses. Local delivery to a business address. (minimum quantities apply) Collection is also available from our facility in Brackley.




Is there a minimum order?


No, we are currently accepting big and small orders. For multiple orders to different addresses please continue the purchase as usual and then e-mail us the delivery details at info@lemon-zest.co.uk and we will sort the rest.




Are you Covid Safe?


Yes, we continue to follow all government health guidance to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Appropriate social distancing protocols are adhered to, and PPE is worn whilst packaging your goods. Meanwhile our delivery partners are not handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Delivery operatives will instead log the name of the person accepting the item, and sign on their behalf.




My hamper arrived damaged, what do I do?


Please e-mail us at info@lemon-zest.co.uk with photos of the damage and packaging in order to enable us to investigate the matter with our courier and packing facility. Once we have establised what has happened we can organise a replacement or refund for you.
